Atty. Robert Betters, Withington and Betters, P.C., presented a proposed lot release for Lot 53-1 within the (B554) LaRocque RDD Special Permit. The Special Permit created two new building lots through a subsequent ANR Plan No. 4325. The two lots are subject to a Covenant with the Planning Board as a condition of the Special Permit. The Covenant allows for a transfer of ownership but requires improvements on the ground before lots may be released for building purposes. Mr. Joseph Brennan, due to an oversight at Town Hall, was issued a building permit for one of the lots. The lot release will be needed at the upcoming closing, where ownership will transfer from the current owner (LaRocque) to Mr. Brennan.
Valerie Massard recommended approval of the request.
Paul McAlduff moved for the Board to approve and endorse the lot release for construction purposes only for Lot 53-1 within the (B554) LaRocque RDD Special Permit, Tim Grandy, second; the vote was unanimous (4-0).
Tim Grandy moved to adjourn at 8:15 a.m., Paul McAlduff, second; the vote was unanimous (3-0).
